For Products
For buyers residing in India, all orders are delivered through registered domestic courier services and/or India Post (Speed Post). Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery timeline ranges from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner policies.
The confirmation of orders and delivery of shipments are subject to courier and postal service standards. SA Plant Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We guarantee only that the shipment will be handed over to the courier service within the promised timeline.
If a shipment is not delivered within the expected timeframe, the concerned courier/postal service must be notified within 7 days from the date of order confirmation or the agreed delivery date.
All product orders will be shipped to the address provided by the registered buyer, as per the details associated with their credit/debit card (unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering).
Payments
We use Razorpay and other secure online payment gateways for fast and safe transactions. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
For Services
For service-related purchases, confirmation of delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of registration or order placement. If you experience any issues using our services, please contact our support team via the Helpdesk.
Our current delivery partners include Bluedart and DTDC Courier.
Delivery Charges
Shipping is free across India for all orders. We currently do not ship or deliver products or services outside India.
Disclaimer
All products are shipped to Indian cities accessible by major courier agencies. For remote and rural areas, delivery will be handled by local courier services or India Post Speed Post and may require additional time for arrival.
